It is the era of the cold soup.

GAZPACHO. I though a traditional well known start to the cold soup season, but look out cause it will get wierd. Let me break it down for you. All fresh. I put my twist on this classic soup by adding a plaintain chip and a hard boiled egg. I think that we may expirement with a vapor in a fancy dish, so you may want to go and check it out.
