Hi there. Because we are a new restaurant I trimmed down the menu and made this soft opening menu. We will go to the full menu in a few weeks, and on Friday, on top of the Lake Perch Dinner Special, we bring you a taste of the Cheetah to come. Click on the menu to view at full size. See you soon!

Hi there.

After a long year of trying to get this building done, The Electric Cheetah is hiring servers, cooks, and dishwashers preferably who walk or ride a bike or moped or scooter to work and if you live in the neighborhood it is a plus as well.

For those of you who do not know what the Electric Cheetah is, we are a local independently owned Bistro that features local, organic, from scratch cuisine. We are a full service restaurant that will be unlike any restaurant that you will work in. I expect that applicants be human beings who can communicate like adults and not Robot restaurant employees. We have been in the business for many years and the typical garbage that goes on in restaurants will not fly with us. We just are looking for people that have a passion for food and the Wealthy/East Hills area and want to help us build a local staple in the community.

Come as yourself just ready to talk about food as we love it and love talking to people who share our passion.

Come in and fill out an application and take out "Employee Aptitude Test" (I am not expecting anyone to ACE it).

Ice is Nice

The ice machine that I got used, was able to be plugged in today and it works! Here is a picture of the first batch of ice made in the Cheetah.

Well begun is half done, otherwise intitled let's tidy up the Cheetah.

As you can see, construction crap is moving on out! I spent a few hours cleaning today and getting rid of boxes and garbage and generally trying to consolidate the clutter. See for yourself.
